Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla

Founder's Vision for SUYOG

Colonel Kirori Singh Bainsla, a visionary leader and social reformer, founded SUYOG on January 1, 2012 with a transformative mission to empower rural youth across India. His military background and deep understanding of rural challenges shaped SUYOG's unique approach to youth development.

"True empowerment comes when we equip our rural youth with knowledge, opportunities, and the confidence to transform not just their own lives, but their entire communities."

Under his leadership, SUYOG has grown from a small initiative to a nationwide movement, conducting motivational counseling sessions in over 100 locations across 9 states. Colonel Bainsla's hands-on approach has ensured that SUYOG remains grounded in the realities of rural India while aspiring for excellence.
